Animal Gods – PC
Animal Gods is a fully illustrated, top-down, 2D action RPG where players adopt the role of Thistle, a young priest and hunter from an ancient age who sets out to find and release the fallen Animal Gods and stop an occult leader. We received a copy of the game from the developers, Still Games, for this review.
Star Wars Battlefront Beta: Disappointingly Average
I decided to take a break from Wildstar and Destiny this weekend to give the Star Wars Battlefront beta a try.
Being a Sci-Fi geek its pretty much a given that I’m a big Star Wars fan, and although I haven’t touched a battlefield game since Battlefield 3, I do have fond memories of that series of games, as well as the original Star Wars Battlefront and Battlefront II.

Wildstar Reloaded – Part 2: This time, It’s not lagging!
It’s safe to say that Wildstar has had a bit of a rough re-launch this week. Thankfully Carbine have been on the ball and have taken action to try to improve the situation for all players, with the addition of some extra hardware and more servers to spread the load, while they try to fix the back-end problems with their Megaserver technology.
I’ve used the time on the new PVE EU server, Jabbit-2, to have a proper run at the game now, as well as to poke around the in-game cash shop a bit more.
Reverse Crawl – PC
Reverse Crawl is a dungeon crawl where the player leads minions in tactical turn-based combat, through a dynamic campaign with a branching storyline. We received a copy of the game from the developer, Nerdook, for this review.

Indie developer Still Games have announced that action RPG Animal Gods is now complete, and will be available on the 12th October for PC, Mac and Linux, via Steam, with a Wii U version to follow.
