Nintendo Europe has now removed the restrictions on the sale of 18+ rated games in the Wii U and 3DS eShop.
Adults will now be able to browse and purchase 18+ rated games such as ZombiU or Assassin’s Creed 3 at any time of day.
Previously, users could only access this content after 11pm, with the restriction blamed on legislation in Germany.
