The cinematic trailer for Mists of Pandaria was shown today at Gamescom..

Blizzard has also announced that patch 5.0.4 will allow players to create characters of any race, regardless of which expansions they currently own.  The Pandaren will also become available once the Mists of Pandaria expansion is released on September 25th.
